BRUTTIUM. Croton. Ca. 480-430 BC. AR stater or nomos (19mm, 7.48 gm, 12h). NGC Choice VF 5/5 - 3/5. ϘPO (on right), ornamented sacrificial tripod, legs terminating in leonine feet; dotted border on raised band / Incuse eagle flying right; striated border on incuse band. HN Italy 2108. Well struck on thick flan with golden toning.
