Pedro I 640 Reis 1825-R MS61 NGC, Rio de Janeiro mint, KM367, LMB-501a. 18 stars variety. An extremely elusive variety of a more common Pedro I issue, displaying lightly toned argent surfaces with traces of original mint luster to the periphery. Heritage sold an AU58 as part of the Paulistana Collection in 2010 where it was stated these are "missing in most collections"; this piece notably finer with completely original surfaces.
