Description
João VI 960 Reis 1820-R AU Details (Obverse Damage) NGC, Rio de Janeiro mint, KM326.1, LMB-478. A visually interesting specimen with prominent details of the Lima mint 8 Reales undertype, assayer "J.P.," which is most notable toward the periphery. An even argent patination coats this lightly circulated specimen; the obverse damage noted is light and fairly inconsequential.
