João Prince Regent 320 Reis 1816-M AU55 NGC, Minas Gerais mint, KM255.3, LMB-432. Struck over a Jose I 300 Reis 1771-R (cf. KM196). The most elusive date for the 320 Reis minted in Minas Gerais, altogether missing from the Paulistana Collection, with the Guariba example ranking fall below this piece in terms of overall quality. Carefully struck with excellent centering, it is interesting to note the care with which this piece was aligned with its host.
