Description
João Prince Regent Counterstamped 160 Reis ND (1809) VF Details (Environmental Damage) NGC, Rio de Janeiro mint, KM296, LMB-290. Displaying shield counterstamp (AU Standard) on a Maria I 150 Reis 1771-R (cf. KM195). A deeply embossed "escutcheon" counterstamp struck on a host already imbued with the noted porous surfaces.
