Spain Banco de Espana 100 Pesetas 1.6.1889 Pick 41 PMG Extremely Fine 40. Very few notes of the 1889 series were saved to be enjoyed today. Only mild circulation is present on this otherwise handsome example. Typical mid-century mild repairs are present. As the highest denomination of the series, it had the smallest print total of the series. It can be reasoned that most were turned in when the note was withdrawn in 1911.
