Colombia Banco de Pamplona 20 Pesos 31.7.1883 Pick S714 PMG Very Fine 30 EPQ. This fully issued and rare type is seldom encountered in any grade. Pamplona is a small region in eastern Colombia, on the Venezuelan border. We have only offered this note once previously. Originality is easily seen on both sides of this handsome 19th-century type. Quite rare and desirable with such good eye appeal.
