Lower Canada brass Overstruck "Bouquet" Sou Token ND (1835) XF45 NGC, Br-674, LC-40A10. Reeded edge. Medal alignment. Montreal issue. Struck over an 1820 Bust & Harp token (cf. Br-1012, LC-60-15), with quite clear date on the reverse at 3 o'clock. Considerable amounts of the undercoin visible on both sides. Light marks, with normal uneven strike one will find on an overstrike. Sold with old collector envelope detailing provenance. Purchased from Jim King on April 12, 1975
