Description

Archduke Ferdinand Taler ND (1564-1595) MS66 NGC, Ensisheim mint, Dav-8088. A specimen which definitively blows the competition out of the water--for reference, the next finest at NGC is a mere AU58, a usually quite high grade for the type. Brilliant with original mint luster and just the lightest tone encroaching from the margins, the surfaces exhibit a finely stippled finish, leaving no room for any potential problems (of which there are none) to hide.
