As inflation rapidly rose, the lower denominations were less useful, and by 1955, they were redeemed. Due to the scarcity of this banknote, it is no surprise that we have only offered this type once previously. Only brief circulation is seen on this smaller-sized note. The vast majority of these notes graded in the PMG Population Report are of lesser quality, and only a scant few are graded Uncirculated. An important type and desirable grade.
