China Ming Dynasty 1 Kuan 1368-99 Pick AA10 S/M#T36-20 PMG Extremely Fine 40. While coins from the Middle Ages are plentiful and at times inexpensive, paper documents or financial tools are extremely scarce and seldom seen. This Ming Dynasty note is a treasure in any grade, and is sought after for its history and unique appearance. Charcoal inking is seen atop 600 year old Mulberry paper. Some tears are mentioned on this otherwise pleasing rarity, worthy of space in a museum.
