Republic Proof "Republic Restoration" Peso 1963 PR67 NGC, KM30. Struck to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the restoration of the Republic. Much less frequently encountered than the 1/2 Peso of the same series, even less so in such supremely Proof preservation. Though its mintage appears to be unrecorded, the Standard Catalog of World Coins suggests a value nearly 43 times higher than the standard business striking. The first such example we have offered, and the only we have been able to locate.
