Ferdinand VII gold 8 Escudos 1809 LM-JP AU58 PCGS, Lima mint, KM107. A lovely representation of this imaginary bust type for Ferdinand VII, struck at Lima between 1808 and 1811 before proper dies with the King's effigy had been received. Wonderfully preserved, with lightly Prooflike fields serving to highlight a particularly bold strike that enables the minute details of the portrait to be rendered in full.
