At the time of cataloging, this note is tied for the second highest grade in the PMG Population Report. Even centering, totally crisp and original paper, vivid colors, and clean margins make this note simply outstanding, and very rare. The E/1 prefix is seen across all three dates for this type: 1974, 1975, and 1976. A desirable note, especially in this grade.
