At the time of cataloging, this is the only example of this design in Specimen form graded in the PMG Population Report. In fact, for issued banknotes, there are currently no examples with EPQ status and none grade finer than About Uncirculated 53. This Gem-designated Specimen is the first of its type to be offered in public auction. All design elements are on full display. Two carefully applied red overprints are seen, with solid zero serial numbers and date. Very rare in this format, this note is unmatched for visual appeal.
