Well preserved and significantly lustrous, with only slight high-point rubbing evidence and comparatively few handling marks for the designation. By far the more elusive date of this very scarce and iconic three-year type and "one of the classics of the (entire) series" as rated by Dunigan and Parker. Quite remarkably preserved for this rarity - thus a coin that should elicit serious bidder attention.
