Description
Hesse-Darmstadt. Ernst Ludwig "Mining" Taler 1714-BIB AU50 NGC, Darmstadt mint, KM125 (same dies), Dav-2315. 41.5mm. Only a one-year type, and stemming from one of the most collectible themes of the taler series, featuring a majestic and highly detailed scene of the Itter Mine on the reverse. Difficult in all grades, and one of only 4 certified by NGC. From the Storck Collection
