Description
Speyer. Franz Christoph gold Ducat 1745 MS62 S NGC, KM60, Fr-3309. Struck in a reported mintage of only 485 pieces and given the star designation by NGC for exceptional eye appeal. Impressively Prooflike, the fields providing sharp and abundant reflectivity, a fitting background for the devices, which themselves are crafted to absolute pinpoint accuracy, not the slightest detail blundered or softly expressed. A highly appealing representative of 18th century German States gold coinage.
