Diademed head of deified Alexander III right, with horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑXOΥ, Athena seated left, Nike in right hand crowning royal name, resting left arm on grounded shield decorated with lion head boss, transverse spear beyond; uncertain symbol above monogram in outer left field, ΠA monogram in exergue.
