Diademed head of deified Alexander III right, with horn of Ammon; dotted border / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, Athena seated left, Nike in right hand crowning royal name, left arm resting on grounded shield, transverse spear beyond; head of lion left in left field, MAPΓ and ΘE monograms in exergue.
