A pretty Specimen of this popular type with black Specimen overprints and red TDLR stamps. The text on the face is French, while the title on the back is in Vietnamese with three more languages in the subtext. These are accompanied by a vignette of the precariously balanced Rock in the Bay of Along at the left. The impressive color palette creates a great visual on this note.
