A lovely high grade set of Specimen notes from the 1967 Centennial issue which include both the "1867 1967" and the "I/P 0000000" prefix/serial combinations. Three diagonal Specimen perforations and four POCs are noticed, identifying these as coming from the 1999 Bank of Canada sale.
