Rhodesia Bank of Africa Limited 10 Shillings 1.1.1936 Pick S111a PMG Extremely Fine 40. A lovely original example issued by Barclays Bank for this now obsolete British territory. Waterlow & Sons Ltd. really outdid themselves with the vignettes portrayed on both the back and the front of this note. Victoria Falls on the face, and a regal lion on the back. The 10 Shillings from this series, however the smallest denomination, is not to be underestimated in scarcity. This example is bright and visibly original, the cataloger is confused to why PMG did not award it with the EPQ designation. Rare, and thus very desireable.
