RIC 77a; BMC 378-80; RSC 208. Wonderful high relief portrait. Excellent old cabinet tone. Extremely Fine. Estimated Value $600 - UP
This denarius and the next reference the golden shield of valour that was decreed to Augustus in BC 27.
