Probus (276-282 AD) Antoninian, Siscia Rare bust type in combination with an extremely rare, pictorially attractive and desirable reverse type, struck only at Siscia and Rome. However, this reverse type is much, much rarer at Siscia than at Rome. This particular variant in only the second to have appeared on the market!
Obverse: IMP PROBVS P F AVG Radiate, cuirassed bust left holding spear.
Reverse: VIRTVS AVGVSTI / XXIP Emperor holding hand over tropaion; catpive seated.
Bilon, diameter 20,9 x 23 mm, weight 3,65 g.  Rzadki typ popiersia w połączeniu z niezwykle rzadkim, ikonograficznie atrakcyjnym i pożądanym typem rewersu, bitym tylko w Siscji i Rzymie. Ten typ rewersu z Siscji jest jednak znacznie, znacznie rzadszy od egzemplarzy z Rzymu. Jeden z zaledwie dwóch egzemplarzy tego konkretnego wariantu dostępnych na rynku!
