OLBIA, Arrow shaped coin, c. 550-450 BC, 38 mm, VF, well formed, dark green patina with good surfaces, nice example. What happened was that they made these arrows but found they didn't work too well as weapons so decided to use them as currency instead. (A VF realized $315, Lanz 6/93.)
