ISSOS , or more lately attributed as "Caria uncertain (Mylasa?)" Stater, c. 500-450 BC, Lion head l./ incuse square divided diagonally; VG or so, nrly centered on oval flan, sl rough, lion head just discernable with snout off. Very rare. (A VF from rusty dies realized $1150, Gemini 1/10.)
