IMP• to left X to right, in exergue ACT•, Apollo Citharoedus of Actium in long drapery, standing facing, head left, holding plectrum in right hand and lyre in left. RIC I2, 171a; Lyon 28/6; BMCRE 461; RSC 144. Light toning. Some silver encrustation. Good very fine. With a very attractive portrait of young Augustus.
