Kings of Macedon, Perdikkas II 451-413 BC. AR Tetrobol - Heavy series (16mm. 2,30g.). Aigai mint(?). Struck circa 432-422 BC. Horseman, wearing petasos, holding two spears, riding right; below, dog standing right. Rev. Forepart of lion right; kerykeion above; all within shallow incuse square. HGC 3, 791. SNG Copenhagen 500. Good very fine. Rare.
