Boiotia, Thespiai, early-mid. 4th. Century BC. AR Obol (12mm, 0.83 g.). Boiotian shield. Rev. Horizontal crescent composed of three lines, facing upward; ΘΕΖ above; all within shallow concave circle. Head, Boeotia p. 55, pl. IV,19 = BMC 5, pl. XVI, 7; SNG Cop. 401-402; SNG Berry 606. BCD Boiotia 598. Good Very Fine, nice old cabinet tone and unusually well centered and struck on a broad flan.
