Moesia, Istros. 4th. Century BC. AR Drachm (19 mm, 5,01 g.). Facing male heads, the left inverted Rev. Sea eagle left, grasping dolphin with talons; IΣTPIH above, monogram below. AMNG I 417. Scratch on the eagle, otherwise very fine.
