Thessaly, Lamia. Circa 360s-350s BC. AR Hemidrachm (16 mm, 2,49 g.). Head of Dionysos to left, wearing ivy wreath. Rev. ΛΑΜΙΕ-ΩΝ Amphora with tall handles; above, ivy leaf; to right, prochous with handle to right. BCD II 127.1. Very well-struck with a nice portrait of young Dionysos from the classic period. Good Very Fine. Scarce.
