Nie brownish ''river'' patina but porous surface, otherwise Very Fine. Prusias I earned the popular nickname Cholos ("the Lame"), as he tried to capture the city of Herakleia Pontica in circa 184-183 BC. He had been struck down by a stone thrown from the city wall, while climbing a ladder. The siege was lifted due to his injury.
