Thrace, Thracian Chersonesos, 'Kardia'. Miltiades II. AR Tetrobol, 2.70 g 12.15 mm. Circa 499-493 BC.
Obv: Lion's head to left with open jaws and protruding tongue.
Rev: Quadripartite incuse square.
Ref: Roma Numismatic Au 17, lot 430; SNG Copenhagen 344-345 (Asia Minor Uncertain).
