Eastern Europe. Imitations of Alexander III 'the Great' of Macedon (3rd century BC). AR, Drachm. 3.31 g. - 16.49 mm. 'Pseudo-Magnesia ad Maeandrum' mint.
Obv.: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin headdress, paws tied before neck.
Rev.: Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and scepter, monogram in left field, monogram below throne.
