Phoenicia, Tripolis. Elagabalus, AD 218-222. AE. 14.48 g. 25.61 mm.
Obv: ΑΥΤ Κ Μ ΑΥΡ [ΑΝΤωΝΙΝΟϹ]. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Elagabalus, right.
Rev: ΤΡΙ[ΠΟΛΙΤωΝ ΑΛΦ]. Front view of temple of Astarte with arcuated lintel in the middle between two wings with four columns with a pediment each, all within larger pediment; within the central portion, Astarte standing, facing, wearing turreted crown, resting on long sceptre and being crowned by Nike standing on small column at her left; below, stairway.
