Obv: Bust of St. Nicholas, holding a book in his left hand. Inscription on either side: ὁ (ἅγιος) Νικόλαος. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of five lines: +Ἅγιε Νικόλαε β(οή)θ(ε)ι […] μαγίστρ(ῳ) τῷ […]. Border of dots.
Weight: 7.56 g.
