Obv: DN IVSTI-NVSPPAV. Frontal bust of Justin II with cuirass and helmet with diadem and plume. Globus cruciger in right hand, shield with horseman device on left shoulder.
Rev: Large K with cross above, ANNO in left field, IIII in right field.
