Brugge (Bruges); mm: seven-pointed mullet. x SΛnCTVS (rosette) ΛnDRЄΛS, St. Andrew standing facing, holding cross; double saltire stops / kΛROL VS DЄI GRΛ CO FLΛn, Burgundian coat-of-arms over cross pattée; double saltire stops.
