PB Byzantine seal of Theodoros N. protoproedros (11th century AD).
Obv: St Demetrios standing, holding a spear and shield. Epigraphy on either side: ὁ ἅ(γιος) Δημήτρ[ιος]. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of six lines: Θ(εοτό)κε βοήθ(ει) τῷ σῷ δούλῳ [Θ]εοδώρῳ (πρωτο)προέδρῳ τῷ [.ατε]. Border of dots.
Translation: Mother of God, help Theodoros N. protoproedros.
Condition: Near Very Fine.
Weight: 21.35 g.
Diameter: 30.3 mm.
