Obv: Bust of the Virgin, holding the Christ child on her left arm. Sigla visible at left and right: Μή(τη)ρ [Θ(εο)ῦ]. Along the upper border of dots, [Θε]οτόκε βοήθ(ει)] τῷ σῷ [δούλῳ]. Border of dots.
Rev: Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross: Ῥωμανῷ μαγίσ[τρῳ] (καὶ) γεν[ικ]ῷ λογ[ο]θέτῃ. Border of dots and pellets.
Translation: Theotokos, help your servant Romanos magistros and general logothetes.
