KINGS OF MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great' (336-323 BC). AR Drachm. Kolophon. Struck under Philip III, circa 322-319 BC.
Obv: Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin.
Rev: AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ.
Zeus seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre. Controls: Tunny upward in left field, spearhead to outer right.
Price 1762.
Condition: VF.
Weight: 4.29 g.
