Obverse: Patriarchal cross on three steps in the center with floral decorations, circular inscription, +KERΟΗΘ,ΤΩCΩΔΟΥΛ, = Κύριε, βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ, dotted border.

Reverse: Inscription in 4 lines between decorations, +ΑΝΔΡ/ΕΑΝΚΛΙΡ/ΙΚΟΚΕΚΟΥ/RΟΥΚΛΙC, = + Ἀνδρέᾳ κληρικῷ καὶ κουβουκλεισίῳ, all within dotted border.
