Anonymous iconographic byzantine lead seal.(11th cent.)

Obverse: Mother of God in "Hagiosoritissa" type standing to right in prayerful posture, wearing chiton and maphorion, sigla ΜΡ-ΘV (Mother of God), dotted border.

Reverse: Inscription in 5 lines, ΟΥCΦΡΑ/ΓΙCΕΙΜΙ/[ΤΗ]ΝΓΡΑ[Φ]/ΗΝΟΡΩΝ/ΜΑΘ, = Οὗ σφραγίς εἰμι τὴν γραφὴν ὁρῶν μάθε (Of whom I am the seal, you will learn looking at the scripture).

The legend on reverse consists a 12 syllable iambic verse.
