ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ / ΑΡΤΑΒΑΝΟΥ / EYEPΓETOY / ΔΙΚΑΙΟY/ ΕΠΙΦΑΝΟYΣ / ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ, king enthroned l., receiving an untied diadem from Tyche l., holding sceptre; above, BϘT.
