Celtic Gaul. Lower Loire valley. Andecavi (?). AV Stater (15-17 mm, 6.82 g), 2nd/1st century BC.
Obv. Celticized head of Apollo to right.
Rev. Charioteer, driving a cart drawn by a centaur to right, holding the reins in his right hand and a long branch ending in a vexillum-like banner in his left; below, winged figure.
