Drachm (Silver, 17.29 mm, 4.18 g) struck in the name and types of Alexander III the Great (336-323 BC), Abydos, circa 310-301 BC. Head of Herakles right wearing lion skin headdress. Rev. ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡ[ΟΥ] vertical to right. Zeus Aetophoros seated left, holding eagle on the right extended hand and scepter in the left hand, monogram EY to left, ivy leaf to left under throne. Price 1527.
