The obverse of this tetradrachm has a very high style Hadrian portrait. On reverse the emperor was honored with the conferral of the glorious title of “Pater Patriae”, while the hands shake recalls to concept of “Omonoia” i.e. harmony with his wife, empress Sabina, who will appear on the Alexandrian coins from the following year 13 (128-129 AD).
