Lampsakos, struck under Leonnatos, Arrhidaios, or Antigonos I Monophthalmos, circa 323-317 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin. Rev. AΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ, Zeus Aëtophoros seated left on throne, holding eagle and sceptre; AΠ monogram in left field; serpent coiled left below throne. Price 1364. Müller 535. Very attractive toning and with a portrait of fine style. Few deposits. Good Very Fine.
