Greek Italy. Bruttium, Scylletium. AE 21 mm, c. 350-325(?) BC. Obv. Beardless male head left, wearing pileus. Rev. Scylla swimming left holding oar, the lower part of body formed by two ravening hounds and the tail of a sea serpent. HN Italy 2565; HGC 1 1722; CNS III p. 319, 1 (unidentified mercenaries); SNG ANS 800. AE. 6.90 g. 21.00 mm. RR. Fascinanting issue. About VF/Good VF.
